Arrived packaged well, exactly as described. The mufflers look great and sound great. I think this is just about as good as you can make a cruiser motorcycle sound! Install was pretty straightforward, stock mufflers were somewhat difficult to remove. Not obnoxiously loud, but definitely pretty loud. Only reason it's 4 instead of 5 stars in my case, the major reduction in backpressure did cause me to lose a significant amount of bottom end torque so be aware of that. 1800 - 2500 rpms it never lugged before and now full throttle doesn't pull until I get into the upper 2's. This is with stock airbox and cat still installed. Hopefully a tune will bring that back.
