     American Wire Gauge (AWG) is a U.S. standard set of non-ferrous wire conductor sizes.

The "gauge" means the diameter. Non-ferrous includes copper, aluminum, and other materials.

Our WIRE is manufactured in China. The strand count and size is slightly smaller

compared to the American Wire Gauge (AWG).


     Best Connections Inc. chooses to be up front with our customers

and not advertise our wire as AWG. Most of the wires you see online is manufactured

in China as wires manufactured in America is more expensive.

Other sellers claim it to be AWG because that is a commonly searched word.

Here at Best Connections, we use the abbreviation GA for Gauge.
